I took on much of the food column and cover photography for VegNews Magazine in 2021, where we started the year off with an incredible noodle spread in bright colors. Transitioned into colorful summer with lots of patterns in the taco spread, and ended the year off with luxurious, moody vibes from dairy-free cheese and caramel.
